Available TLC Dogs
Adele
Adele appears to have coloring and size similar to a Smooth Fox Terrier which can have a white body with a black face but she also could be Chihuahua because she is only 11 lbs, or some mix of both.Â
She is an adult dog estimated to be 6 years old. She was found on the streets and taken in by the rescue. Sometimes an adult dog takes a bit longer to find their family, but we recommend them. They come to you knowing what it is like to be on the streets alone and hungry.and they have a gratitude in them for being rescued by you. When they come to understand that you are their family, their loyalty and love is immeasurable. Â
Adele is looking for that special family who wants to change her world.
She will come to you spayed and completely vetted. Â

Fern
Fern is an 8-year-old female dog, weighing about 11 pounds, and she is blind. Her blindness contributes to her shyness, especially in new or unfamiliar settings. Fern needs to be the only dog in the home, as she requires a calm and controlled environment to feel secure. Given her special needs, Fern would thrive in a patient and loving home that can offer her the stability and attention she needs to feel comfortable and safe. Her small size and gentle nature make her a sweet companion for someone who can provide the dedicated care she requires.

Megan
Megan and her sisters, Missy, Ariana, and Kim were found abandoned in a pile of garbage when they were just weeks old. They were taken into foster to grow up healthy and happy with proper nutrition and good veterinary care. When they come to us as babies, they grow to be good-natured, playful, happy and sweet used to interacting with people and other dogs at the foster's house, they generally interact well with people and different sized dogs.
She is 14 months old and 11.2 lbs currently. We think she is a Chihuahua mixed with .... a longer legged dog, like an Italian Greyhound maybe? We are often not sure of lineage but we think that she will is almost fully grown. She is sweet and lovely, quite friendly. She really likes people and other dogs. She sleeps on a dog bed with the other dogs and is pad trained at the foster's house. We ask that you forgive the blurry tail photos - it never stops wagging.
You can also fill out an application for her while you're here, or email us if you already have an application in and think she is the girl for you!
Megan will come to you spayed and completely vetted.

Roxy
This pretty girl is Roxy. She has been in our care for awhile. She is almost 2 and has been through a lot.  Her eye developed ulcerations and it had to be removed. It doesn't seem to have affected her at all as she is super friendly and playful and has become another of our pirate queens.  If you want, you can buy her a pirate patch and maybe a cute bandana on her head, teach her to say AARRGH - we won't judge you! She could be a social media star and have a billion followers. Or just delight and amuse your family for the next 15 years.  We don't know what the future holds for her, but we do know that she is a happy girl who is looking for a home and we hope you take her into consideration as your new family member. Â
Roxy is about 2 years old and weighs about 65 lbs. She feell behind in her exercise routine after she had surgery on her elbow. It is an area that takes awhile to heal but she has and is doing great and dropping weight now that she can move about freely. As she is a Lab mix we think she could become a great walking/running partner. She needs more room to move around and exercise, and big comfy beds (or maybe the couch?), and big bowls. She will give you big hugs and big love too!! Â
She loves people of many sizes but she doesn't like a crate. She is perfectly happy on her bed on the floor. She is potty trained and leash trained. We are a little in love with her adorable white front 'ankle socks'. Look at these eyes saying please take this good girl?
Roxy will come to you spayed and fully vetted.

Chia
This beautiful girl is Chia.  She is a 1-year-old, 49.5-lb, black and white, mixed breed dog. We do not DNA test and frankly, I am not great at guessing. She is a very friendly and playful girl who is young enough to have a whole lot of learning left to do but has already seen some of the harsher side of what life has to offer. When you look through her photos you will understand that I was choosing which photos I thought were the best ones to post (so many made the cut) and then watching her videos that, (ahem) it wasn't until the 2nd video that I saw and remembered that she is a tripawd dog. YES, the 2nd video I watched!!!
Now you can go ahead and make fun of me if you want but I feel fairly confident that right up until you read this information some of you looked through all her photos and videos and are now in disbelief that you didn't notice either, and will go back to watch again. Honestly she was running so fast that all I saw at first were the strange markings on her right side and was happy that she was healthy enough to be cruising around that court running like the wind! Then I saw that she was on 3 legs and I started to laugh because I knew that I, a seasoned watcher of dog videos, missed it the first time. So, when I tell you that missing a leg doesn't seem to bother her at all, I do sincerely mean just that. Â
Chia is a very friendly, smart and playful girl. She is used to living with other dogs and would love to go out walking or hiking or running with you, or your kids. She would probably be up for almost any kind of athletic endeavor or relationship building exercises you have in mind.  I'd keep it on the ground if I were you - I'm not sure how she'd feel about skydiving, and definitely no boxing, but maybe some yoga - you saw her balance when she was running right? Maybe you aren't a runner or hiker or walker? That's cool, maybe a nice fenced back yard for her exercise every day? That would work too.
Adoption applications are now open for Chia at: 4dogsfarmrescue.org/Adoption.html so you can click the link or look up for the ADOPTION word and click on that if you are on the site. Â
She will come to you spayed and fully vetted.

Hilda is a gentle 7-year-old female dog, weighing around 14 pounds. Although she can be a little shy around people at first, she warms up quickly and shows a friendly demeanor towards other dogs. Her ability to get along well with canine companions makes her an excellent candidate for a home with other pets. Hilda's modest size and somewhat reserved nature with humans require a patient and understanding owner who can provide a loving environment where she feels safe and secure. Olivia is a 10-year-old female dog, weighing about 13 pounds. She is friendly and affectionate towards people, enjoying their company and attention. However, Olivia does not get along well with other dogs and prefers to be the sole pet in the household. Daisy
Daisy is a 6-year-old female dog, weighing about 20 pounds. She thrives best as the only pet in the home since she does not get along well with other dogs. Daisy's ideal environment would be one where she can receive undivided attention and care from her owners, allowing her to feel secure and loved without the stress of competing for affection. Her size and need for a solo pet setting make her suitable for someone looking for a single companion to devote their time and love to, ensuring she has a peaceful and happy home.

Riley
Introducing this gorgeous brindle girl, Riley, to you! She is 11 months old, weighing in at about 33 lbs. She will probably be 40-45 lbs fully grown. You'll notice that she is missing her left eye. We had to have it removed as she had quite severe glaucoma and it could not be saved. The vets say that the other eye is fine and shows no signs of the same issue and requires no medication. We think she looks like a gorgeous pirate. Riley is an active dog and will need an active family to keep her exercised and happy. Â
Riley is crate trained and smart, friendly and playful. She has some growing to do and like all puppies will need some further training. She is potty trained to pads. Â

If you'd like to adopt Riley and rent, please provide proof with application that you can have a dog who will be 40+ pounds.
Riley will come to you spayed and completely vetted.
Applications are available on our website www.4dogsfarmrescue.org under ADOPTION.
