Congratulations on deciding to adopt your new family member! Thank you for choosing adoption. There are so many pets looking for their forever homes. Here at 4 Dogs Farm Rescue it is our responsibility to ensure that each dog we place is in the right environment and completely compatible with their new family. This ensures that they never again find themselves seeking a loving home. The adoption process begins with an application.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ADOPT A 4DOGS FARM RESCUE DOG:

Be at least 21 years old; we occasionally make exceptions for younger, rock solid applicants.
Fill out an Application and impress us with your dog savvy - think of it like a job interview and show us your experience!
Show A Solid Reference - your veterinarian or dog trainer will do.
Must Own or Have Landlord Approval - Please send proof you can have a dog. Copy of the part of your lease is easiest for us.
Be Interviewed by one of our Representatives.
Show that you have a clear understanding of the challenges you'll face.
Agree to a Home Visit or Check.
Everyone in your Household needs to be ready for the adoption too.
Pay an Adoption Donation Fee (dependent on each dog).
Sign a Legally Binding Adoption Contract.

After we receive it, we'll contact you by phone or email with feedback within 1-3 days.
In return for all the dog screening and home screening, the rescue and you can feel confident that the dog you take home is a pet you're fully prepared to adopt and make a member of your family.
